Analytics and reporting for a cleaning company
Most cleaning company owners know their monthly revenue and nothing else. They cannot say which channel produced last month's twelve new recurring clients, what a booked client cost, or which of the three service types carries the business. Every budget decision after that is a coin flip.
What matters here is not traffic. It is cost per booked client, split by recurring, deep and move-out, then lifetime value against it. A move-out client at 40 dollars acquired is a fine trade once. A recurring client at 90 dollars acquired is a far better trade, and a blended report hides the difference completely.
The mistake is trusting platform-reported conversions. Google and Meta both count a form fill as a win, and a form fill is not a booked visit. Tracking has to run through to your booking software, or you optimise toward whichever channel produces the most people who never answer the phone. By day fourteen you have one dashboard with real numbers.
